Shipping Oversized Items to US Lower 48
Special handling surcharges apply to items that are oversized. You will also see surcharges clearly displayed during Checkout. Some of these items are not available to ship by certain methods. Call us at 800-457-3728 if you need an option you don’t see listed.
Shipping Outside the US Lower 48
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military Addresses
May require additional transit days. May include special restrictions for oversized items. Litters cannot be delivered to these addresses.
Rescue Source uses US Priority Mail for all military addresses.
International Addresses
Shipping charges for international destinations depends on weight and shipping method and may vary. You will be contacted by customer service to approve charges before shipment. Knives and most oversized items are not available for international delivery. Also products manufactured by PMI, Petzl, CMC and Mustang are not able to be shipped internationally.
International orders are subject to taxes, duties and broker fees. Such duties, taxes and broker fees will be billed to you separately by the shipping company.
Deliveries
Due to liability reasons, Rescue Source can only accept orders from adults. When an adult is making a purchase for a minor, it is the adult’s responsibility to determine that the ordered items are appropriate, and that adequate education and supervision will be provided. Proof of age may be required.
Delivery Times
Rescue Source’s business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and customer service will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
