Pick of Life Ice Awls by Hammes

The Pick of Life is a lifesaving device for ice self-rescue or for ice rescuers. The ice awls are made with two 4″ plastic cylinders, connected by a cord that easily fits into a pocket. Each cylinder contains a sturdy steel pick that is protected by a retractable, spring loaded guard. A great little tool for ice rescue personnel to carry for aiding in rescues or to rescue themselves should it become necessary. Weight: 8 oz.
