 Products and equipment sold by the Rescue Source are intended for use by professionals, trained and experienced in the use, inspection and mainte- nance of these specialty products. Other uses such as workers and sportsmen using these products will be held to the same standards of experience and training as professionals.
Payments: US legal tender. Customers can pay for purchases via credit card, company check, bank wire or open account with terms (subject to approval). A $25 service fee will be charged on all returned checks. All fees incurred in collecting of past due accounts will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Title to the buyer does not pass until the buyer has paid for products and any fees or service charges. A 1-1/2% per mo. (18% annual) charge will be assessed on ac- counts over 30 days.
Shipping: Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the customer. Visible damage should be reported to the carrier when the package is received. Notify Rescue Source of any problems immediately. Claims reported more than 15 days after receipt may be denied.

Rescue Source Limited Warranty: We warrant to the original purchaser that Rescue Source manu- factured products will be free from defects in mate-
rial and workmanship. This express warranty and all implied warranties imposed by law are limited to one year duration from the date of the original pur- chase. No other warranties exist or are implied by Rescue Source due to the high risks involved in rescue. This limited warranty in no way limits or alters other manufacturers’ warranties on products that are sold or distributed by Rescue Source.
