• Not all top railings are the same size. Cascade Rescue Professional Series and Advance Series MAX litters have a 3/4″ top rail, Cascade Rescue Advanced Series (standard/small/confined space) litters have a 5/8″ top rail. Ferno/Traverse/CMC litters have a 1″ top rail. The brake actuator will not fit on plastic type litters. (At time of order, must specify size of railing on litter)
